Entrance / hall (11m²) with access to living room (6.06x4.83) to front with furniture. Through the hall a passage to the spacious kitchen (5.5x4.18) with dining table and various kitchen appliances. Through the kitchen door, you neter the side kitchen / laundry room with a 2nd kitchen block with dishwasher and washing machine. Followed by the bathroom (3.74x4.3) with shower, bathtub, sink and toilet. Side entrance to enter the side kitchen / laundry room.

First floor
Landing. Bedroom 1, front (4.98x4.4), bedroom 2 (3.75x3) located in the middle of overflow and bedroom 3 at the backside (4.23x4.11) with wooden beams.

Second floor
Via landing first floor stairs, to the second floor, where the 4th bedroom is (8.23x3.4) with two dormers.
